Terms and Conditions

These are non-commissionable rates.
The rates will be applicable for businesses originating from Overseas.
A Tour Guide or Tour Leader is entitle to complimentary accommodation, subject to Room availability, together with the meal so planned.

Incentive on advance payment - Credit facility

We allow 2% discount, in case of making advance payments, i.e. prior to arrival of the guests / groups. As otherwise, it would be the moral responsibility of the Tour Operators to clear the Hotel dues within thirty (30) days of the receipt of our invoice.

Avoid no-show charges

Kindly ensure confirmation of booking at least 25 days prior to arrival of the groups and its reconfirmation 72 hours earlier in order to avoid any inconvenience. It will be appreciated, if we are kept informed by fax / telephone etc., in case of any change in your schedule. However, cancellation of flights and blockade of roads are negotiable.
